Karla Scriven

Karla is thrilled to be back at Ray White, bringing with her a mix of experience in administration, property management, and marketing. She first joined the Ray White family in Warkworth, starting out in an admin role before stepping into property management when a teammate went on maternity leave. During that time, she completed her Level 4 Residential Property Management Certificate, giving her both the knowledge and confidence to manage properties and support clients effectively.

After Warkworth, Karla spent several years with Trade Assist in Auckland and Wellington, picking up a wide range of skills along the way. From recruitment and client management to marketing support and day-to-day admin, she thrived in a fast-paced environment where every day brought something new. It’s this variety that helped her become adaptable, solutions-focused, and confident in working with people from all walks of life — skills she now brings back into the property world.

In her current role at Ray White Taylor Rentals, Karla combines her industry knowledge with her creative side, helping to keep both clients and marketing initiatives happy. She loves making sure owners and tenants feel heard and supported, and enjoys finding fresh, engaging ways to get the Ray White message out there. Known for her friendly, approachable nature and “can-do” attitude, Karla thrives in roles where no two days are the same.

When she’s not at work, Karla can usually be found keeping active and spending time with her partner, friends and dogs exploring all the best spots around Auckland.
