You’ll never be stuck for conversation with Roger. He’s been a real estate agent, a truck driver, a car parts manufacturer and an accountant at Price Waterhouse Coopers. This incredibly diverse work history is topped with immense property management experience, gained since Roger joined the industry in 2002.
Roger’s unique combination of down-to-earth practicality and financial wizardry have helped him to grow an impressive portfolio of clients. However he’s careful not to take on too much, because that might compromise his high service delivery standards. Landlords and tenants who work with Roger like his personal approach to communications. When something’s important, he likes to capture essential information in writing or with a face-to-face meeting.
In his own time Roger loves catching up with family and friends at his ‘everyone’s always welcome’ family home. His house is like grand central station, in the nicest possible way.
“I look after properties as if they are my own, because landlords need to feel their investment is being properly protected. Many of my clients used to manage their own rental properties and had a hell of a time. They recognise that my services are the key to better yield, because I make sure they get market-value rent paid on time and regular property maintenance that prevents bigger expenses in the future.”
