Unhappy with your current agent?

If you‘re currently with another agency, we simply need you to give them their required notice which is often detailed on your management agreement.
Once you have done this, you should also inform them that we’ll be in touch to arrange the collection of the relevant documentation. We have prepared a standard
notice to end management letter which you can email or post to your property manager – Let us take care of the rest.

Currently, managing the property yourself but sick of the hassle?

If you’re currently managing the property yourself, we need you to contact your tenants to inform them of the change and let them know that all future correspondence is to be directed to us. We will need your signed tenancy agreement, details of rest history, a set of keys and a change of landlord bond form, which we will provide.

We have also prepared a standard notice to tenants of Ray White Parnelltake over letter, which you can email or post to your tenants.

Renting out your property for the first time?

If you’re renting for the first time, this may be daunting but having it professionally managed puts it in safe hands. We’ll meet with you, appraise and photograph the property and begin the advertising process. Once a selection of tenancy application forms has been processed,  we’ll brief you on our findings, and the final decision will be yours to make.

From here, we handle tenancy application, bond lodgement, property hand over, initial inspection and key hand over.
