At Taylor Rentals, property management is what we do. Our team is known for its strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, ensuring every property we manage receives the care and oversight it deserves.

With decades of experience in Auckland’s rental market, our property managers combine local knowledge with recognised industry qualifications. Our team includes award-winning property managers and Level 4 certified professionals, reflecting our commitment to maintaining high professional standards and continuing education within the industry.

Within the Ray White network and Auckland’s property management sector, Taylor Rentals has built a reputation for delivering consistent service, trusted advice and innovative property management practices. Recognition through industry awards over the years reflects our ongoing focus on raising the standard of property management for both landlords and tenants.

Our team reflects the diversity of Auckland itself. With a range of cultural backgrounds, professional experience and perspectives, we bring a well-rounded understanding of the people and communities that make up our city. This helps us provide thoughtful, practical solutions when managing properties and supporting both landlords and tenants.

While each property manager is responsible for their portfolio, they are never working alone. Behind every property manager is the support of a wider team. We work closely together, sharing knowledge, supporting one another and stepping in when needed to ensure landlords and tenants always receive consistent service. This team approach allows us to stay responsive, organised and proactive when managing properties.

Another key difference in our approach is that we carefully manage portfolio sizes, allowing our property managers the time they need to respond quickly, stay on top of compliance requirements, and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Founded more than 30 years ago by Mary Taylor, Taylor Rentals has grown into a respected and trusted name in Auckland property management. While we operate within the Ray White network, we remain a proudly local Auckland business focused entirely on rental property management.

Landlords trust us to protect and manage their investment, while tenants value the professionalism and support they receive throughout their tenancy.
