Our property managers reflect Auckland’s melting pot – a bunch of different cultures, all sorts of commercial backgrounds and ages ranging from 20-something to 60+. Some of us were born and bred in Auckland, and some moved here from other countries. Having both perspectives of our city helps us to be emphatic and effective property managers.

One philosophy that separates us from competitors is limiting our property managers’ portfolios to ensure there’s enough time every day to complete urgent tasks. Another thing that’s different about our business is a total focus on rentals; we don’t mix property management with a very different business of selling properties.

Established more than 30 years ago by Mary Taylor, as an extension to her husband Pat’s real estate business, Taylor Rentals is big enough to be well-known and small enough to be agile and adaptive. We operate under the branding umbrella of an international franchise. However, we’re a true local Auckland business. Landlords and tenants alike appreciate our sense of duty and devotion to client satisfaction.
